Delightful hotel, we liked our stay, it had WELL PRESENTED food and magnificent location close to many areas of interest. The breakfast had lots of options, fruit and pastries.

Thank you for my wonderful stay, loved this place, I will be back. Brilliant, very amiable staff, nothing to complain about. It was welcoming, good enough for celebrating birthday. Its location was perfect, near Barnard Castle, many areas of interest.

Restful stay in a unique hotel. Perfect breakfast and sweet staff - it was very good value for money. We loved the bed, which was fine. Convenient check-in, flexible check-out.

I appreciated the place, everything was great. Well-appointed & warm unit with excellent modern bathroom, a fully stocked fridge, for instance. Although some of the staff were so relaxed, I had a memorable stay. The food was incredible, had variety of options.

Tasty breakfast, nice pool, absolutely perfect position. Staff wanted to help and always best. Fast check-in and friendly service. Stayed here before, and I will be back.

Everything was high quality, I recommend. Restful atmosphere, informative staff, comfy bed. There were porridge, coffee, pastries and tea which were all gorgeous. I loved a stylish decor and authentic furniture.

No complains at all, the hotel met what was needed. The service and rooms are fabulous and the view is fab. We had canopy beds and we all slept well. In addition, there was free parking: )

Our stay here was perfect, excellent base for exploring Richmond. Easy access to Durham Tees Valley airport, which was about 35 minutes' drive away...
